Just log onto your account via our web site and select up to 3 journeys that you may want updates on. We make up to 2500 fare queries every day through our telesales department and our online web engine. Many of these searches will match up with your requirements and if we see the price increasing decreasing or running out of seats we will notify you immediately by e-mail.

This brand new service puts you in control of your booking. You don't need to call every week to see how your dates are going. If you get a lot of alerts then there may be many others looking for the same dates as you.
It takes away the need for you to know if a price you have been quoted is good or bad as you will be able to compare with past quotes for the same flights.
If we see the dates around your selected dates are cheaper we will also let you know.

If you have made a booking within the last 5 years and supplied us with an e-mail address then you are automatically a member. We would have sent you an e-mail requesting you to follow a link and enter in a password.

If you have not left us an e-mail address in the last 5 years than you will have to apply online at a cost of £10 per e-mail address. This can be claimed back once you have made a booking with us and is only requested as a deterrent to spammers who would otherwise create untold accounts in an attempt to bring down our web site.
